Governance identity entered the TA-14 public Registry

The TA-14 Admissible Federation Architecture (AFA) is a governance architecture for interactions between independently governed domains. It allows bounded authority context, evidence, identity, provenance, conditions, and constraints to cross a domain boundary without treating that transfer as permission to execute in the receiving domain. AFA preserves a deliberate separation between receiving information or authority context and possessing local execution authority. A receiving domain must independently establish whether the incoming object is admissible under its own current conditions, authority, evidence, and governance requirements before consequence-bearing action may proceed. Its governing proposition is: “Authority context may cross. Execution authority must be established locally.” AFA is intended for organizations, institutions, AI systems, governance architectures, infrastructure operators, and other independently governed environments that need to exchange trusted context while preserving local sovereignty over commit and execution decisions. It is designed to prevent federation, interoperability, trust, or successful transmission from silently becoming execution permission. AFA v1.0-RC1 is a release candidate and is not yet technically frozen. Registration records the architecture and its declared boundaries; it does not certify implementation, interoperability, regulatory compliance, production readiness, or execution authority.
