CONTROLTOWER OS is a completed execution-control governance architecture for consequential AI-supported and automated workflows. It governs the point at which a proposed action approaches operational consequence by evaluating defined authority, evidence and admissibility conditions before progression across a declared execution boundary. It produces a governed determination, including ALLOW_EXECUTION, ALLOW_WITH_MONITORING, BLOCK_EXECUTION and associated review or escalation states where defined for the applicable route, and preserves the associated decision and evidence records so that the relationship between the determination, the declared execution route, the observed technical execution or non-execution state and, where applicable, the resulting outcome can be examined. It is intended for organisations that require consequential AI-supported or automated actions to remain authorised, evidence-bounded and inspectable from pre-execution determination through execution or non-execution and, where applicable, outcome. This Registry entry is limited to CONTROLTOWER OS — CT-EH-BASELINE-001 — Controlled Internal Hardening Baseline. CONTROLTOWER OS has been internally pilot-tested under controlled conditions and is in controlled commercialisation. This entry does not establish certification, regulatory or legal approval, live-client deployment, external production validation, independent assurance or universal fitness beyond the declared baseline and scope.
