TA-14 Full Admissible-Before-Execution Architecture

The whole route must survive
contact with consequence.

TA-14 governs the complete route from reality to future-chain reliance. It does not assume that a valid endpoint, capable model, approved policy, signed receipt, or favorable outcome proves that the path into consequence was admissible.

Architecture distinction: the familiar eight-stage sequence—Reality, Record, Continuity, Admissibility, Binding, Commit, Execution, Outcome—is the public shorthand. This page presents the full published 24-link canonical chain.

The published canonical architecture

Twenty-four links. One admissible route.

The chain is organized into three movements: Reality to Truth, Reliance to Commit, and Execution to Future Chain. Select any link to inspect what it governs, what proof it requires, and how the route can fail.

Reality

What actually exists before interpretation, policy, or representation.

Reality is the condition, event, object, environment, transaction, system state, or human circumstance from which the route begins. TA-14 does not permit the record to replace the thing the record claims to describe.

Required proofA bounded statement of the actual condition, including the time, place, object, environment, and relevant actors.
Route failureThe route begins from assumption, simulation, stale state, or an unverified claim presented as fact.
Operational runtime control matrix

The chain and the controls are not the same thing.

The canonical links define the architecture. The controls below are implementation-level checks that help a runtime test one or more links. They are deliberately labeled as controls—not as the TA-14 24-link chain.

Canonical link versus runtime check: Authority is a canonical link. Authority source and authority validity are operational checks that help prove that link. Binding is a canonical link. Beneficiary, destination, object, tool, model, and environment binding are checks that help prove it.
Decision states

A decision must explain what happens next.

TA-14 does not hide uncertainty inside a generic pass or fail. Each state creates a specific operational consequence and must preserve the reason for that state.

ALLOW

The bounded route satisfies every mandatory requirement.

ALLOW does not mean the world is safe, perfect, or risk-free. It means the exact route, under the exact declared scope, satisfied the requirements necessary to proceed.

Preserved execution artifacts

A dashboard is not the record.

TA-14 creates durable artifacts that can be inspected after the interface, operator, vendor, model, organization, or system has changed.

TA14-DR

Decision Receipt

The signed result of a route evaluation, including state, findings, governing requirements, boundaries, timestamps, and correction instructions.

TA14-AER

Admissible Execution Record

The preserved route record connecting evidence, authority, policy, binding, commit, execution, outcome, limitations, and essential history.

TA14-RID

Route Identity

A stable identity for one consequential route so its record can be referenced, preserved, retrieved, challenged, and independently examined.

TA14-RP

Replay Package

A verification package that allows an independent reviewer to reconstruct and test whether the preserved route corresponds to the decision and consequence.

The TA-14 constitutional boundary

No admissible chain. No admissible consequence.

TA-14 does not promise that every consequence will be good. It establishes whether the full route from reality, evidence, and truth through authority, binding, commit, execution, outcome, memory, and future-chain reliance was admissible—and preserves what actually happened afterward.

Not a favorable-outcome marketplacePayment cannot purchase ALLOW, remove a finding, or weaken a governing threshold.
Not a valid-endpoint shortcutA valid tool, credential, endpoint, model, or receipt does not prove that the route into consequence was valid.
Not execution without memoryThe route, non-occurrence, prevented consequence, execution, outcome, new reality, and future inheritance remain attributable.
